In the OSCE, military security and conflict resolution, economy and environment as well as human rights, democracy and rule of law are inextricably linked. All 57 Participating States have committed to the OSCE’s comprehensive approach to security. Germany will do its utmost to restore this principle and make best use of OSCE institutions and instruments to strengthen security, prosperity and freedom in the OSCE area.
